Eating Cereal in the morning, Pizza for Lunch, Rice and Chicken for Dinner, and Running around the house 5 times.

  3. No it won't. You need to actually go out of the house, run, jog, do sit ups, or swim for a long period of time. And the food you eat will be important. Don't eat sugary cereal, greasy pizza, or fattening chicken. And instead of white rice use brown rice.  

  4. It's hard to tell because we don't know how much cereal, pizza, rice and chicken you are eating.  And there are no fruits or veggies, so that's not good.  To lose weight you need to consume fewer calories than you burn.
