Ingredients2 Tbs blanched and ground almonds3 cloves garlic3 Tbs nutritional yeast flakes2 Tbs soy sauce or tamari1 lemon OR 3 Tbs lemon juice3 Tbs Dijon mustard1/4 c water1 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil or flax seed oil (optional)1 lg head romaine or salad greens of your choiceDirectionsGrind almonds in food processor (if needed). Add all remaining ingredients except the salad greens and blend until smooth. Toss greens (and any other veg you like) with salad, and serve!would it be bad if i left out the oil and nutritional yeast? (no stores sell the yeast and olive oil is wicked expensive)
