Do you think this years World Series between the Diamondbacks and Angels will have high tv ratings?

All I know is that IF the D-Backs make it that far, I wouldn't even bother to watch the World Series. Look at how ridiculous the Colorado Rockies were last year and I didn't even watch a single game. I just read the results in the newspapers. None of the games were even close when they got swept and I wasn't surprised.

I'm thinking Angels in Game 4. History have a tendency to repeat itself. Low ratings, another sweep by an American League team who still has home field advantage.

DBacks will win the West, Cubs will win the Central, Phillies will win the East, Brewers will win the Wildcard.  Cubs sweep DBacks, Phillies 3-2 Brewers.  Phillies 4-2 Cubs.

Angels will win the West, White Sox will win the Central, Rays will win the East, Twins will win the Wildcard.  Angels 3-1 Twins, Rays 3-2 White Sox.  Angels 4-2 Rays.

Phillies lead Angels 3-2, game 6.  Angels up 5-4 in the bottom of the 9th.  2 outs, Rollins on 3rd, Victorino on 2nd. Utley at-bat.  Base hit to center, Torii Hunter makes throws home, PLAY AT THE PLATE... SAFE!!! Phillies win 6-5, and the series 4-2!!

I don't think the D-Backs will make it that far. Sure they are a great team but there are better teams. IF they did make it that far i would think the Angels would win in 4 games and that it wouldn't get much ratings. They are both small market teams(all though the Angels have a lot of Fans.)

No, neither one of those teams have any national appeal, and secondly, they won't be the two teams in the World Series.

I don't think the Diamondbacks will win the World Series. They're hitting is too bad. I think the team from the NL will be the Brewers or the Dodgers, and the team from the AL will be the Red Sox or the Angels. Also, the AL team will win.

Diamondbacks won't make the series. They gotta play the Cubs in the first series and won't make it out of that. The Angels potentially could make it. Arizona wouldn't get as high ratings as say the Mets or the Cubs.

IF it WAS angels vs d-backs well. it wouldn't be that i dunno great tv ratings i guess because they're both west teams.. and angels aren't exactly a team that is in the limelight..

It will be a dream come true if the dbacks make the world series. I think they will win the West but i'm not sure how far they will make it from there.

The angels have a pretty good team but is not official yet that they will make it to the WS.

i think it would bring in good ratings cuz it is going to be a match of the winners of the 2001 World Series and the 2002 World Sereis. I think that the D-Backs could easily make it after adding Adam Dunn to that team. i think people need to give the some slack cuz alot of them are young hits that are still trying to get use to the big leagues so they are going to slump. There pitching is good enough with a 1-2 punch of Webb and Haren not to forget about Randy Johnson who still has something left in the tank. there defense is really good. i think they could win it in 7 if it was D-Backs vs. Angels.

I think that they Red Sox will be the first team to repeat since the Yankees in the 90s. They just have a 1-2-3 punch of Dice-K, Beckett, and Lester. I love the trade for Jason Bay who plays good defense and can hit. they play beautiful defense. the only problem is the bullpen getting from the starter to papelbon but that should get figured out by the end of the season. the regular season doesnt matter that much as long as you get into the playoffs as you can see with the 2006 Cardinals, 2007 Rockies, even though they didnt win it all, 2003 Marlins, 2005 Astros, and the 2004 Red Sox. These were all teams that got into the playoffs via Wild Card and made the World Series and two won it by that route. The Cards are the only team that one there divison but only by the record of 82-80 but they won it all and thats all that matters.
