  1. i think it sounds like a great idea it will alow you to grow up, and allow your parents to adjust to leting go so when you hit 25 and want to get married they dont still see you as 15

and yeah you can take up a studentloan, perfectly normal for people in college these days

  2. No, you're 19 an adult and can make decisions for yourself, I think a break from your parents who are strict will help you become more of who you want to be like.

  3. Honestly, I don't think it's that bad.  After all, you're a young adult now.  With that comes the responsibility of learning how to conduct yourself.  If your parents control your every move, how can you learn to be responsible for yourself?

The only part I have a problem with is your reliance on your parents to pay for everything.  If you're a young adult, you can get a job to pay for your food and other expenses.  If they offer to pay for  school, I would definitely take them up on the offer.  But if your parents are as strict as you say, they may refuse to support you if you go against their wishes.  If that's the case, then you can always get loans and other aid to pay for school and boarding while you get a part - time job to pay for other expenses.

  4. Part of the college experience is being away from home. If you think that's best for you then do it. However, dont just runaway from your parents and end up in a worst position, research the school and make sure you'll be better off there than at home.

  5. For some people its bad and some its for the better.  If you know  your responsible and not going to start partying or be forced to get a job then it should be fine.  That would drive me crazy but it probably would have been good i stayed with my parents because my social life wouldnt have gotten in the way.  It worked out for me though because now im getting married and i dont have to work. :)

  6. Go for it.   You'll enjoy the extra freedom but remember school comes first.    Yes you can apply for financial aid but the money you receive will be based on your family income.   Best of luck at the CSU that you plan to attend.
