  1. To me, humans possess an innate trait that induces them to be social animals in order to survive.

    We cannot stand alone.  We need others to actualize us and to make us whole.  And, we are born with this need.

    imho.


  2. "socialized"  does not go against "out of our own self-interest".

    You can "socialize" with  groups of people with the same interest, So you can have several friend groups....if you've got wide interest.
