Are we bonobos? No, we are Homo sapien and bonobos are Pan paniscus. The evolutionary branch off from both Pan was about 6 million years ago. We have our evolutionary history and they have theirs. Do you see any society doing as you think humans should do? ( and no Margret Mead nonsense, either ) Evolutionary forces are part of you, shaped you and influence your behavior yet today.

I think if we resolved problems like bonobos do, the human world would be a lot better off. They solve all their problems with s*x. Your neighbor stole your lawn-mower, your coworker annoys you, that guy in traffic cut you off, just have s*x with him. The relations between two countries are bad, then the leaders of those countries should have s*x.

s*x makes you happy, so society would be a happier place.

Just remember to wear protection.
