OK, HERE IS THE DEAL MY BROTHER WAS PICKED UP BY POLICE OFFICERS IN THE COUNTY HE LIVES IN BECAUSE ANOTHER COUNTY [HOPE YOUR NOT CONFUSED YET] HAD FOUND AN OLD WARRANT THAT HE HAD ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF ABOUT MORE THAN 2 YEARS AGO. THEY ARRESTED HIM AND HE WAS INCARCERATED FOR 1 DAY, THEY HELD BACK HIS PHONE CALL FOR A LONG TIME AND WHEN HE HAD TO APPEAR IN COURT THEY WERE 99% SURE THAT HE HAD HIS WARRANT, BUT MY BROTHER TOLD THEM TO CALL HIS PO, THE JUDGE DID NOT EVEN WANT TO DO THAT THEY HAD SET HIS RELEASE OUT FOR TUESDAY THEN YET RELEASED HIM TODAY [A DAY LATER] BECAUSE THEY TOLD HIM HE WAS OUT ON BAIL WHEN THE ONLY PERSON HE CALLED WAS MY MOM WHO NEVER RECIEVED THE CALL, WHO WOULD BAIL HIM? WE TRIED TO ASK THE POLICE AT THE FRONT DESK IF WE CAN HAVE A POLICE REPORT BECAUSE AREN'T THEY SUPOPOSE TO WRITE UP WHO THEY ARRESTED, THEY TOLD US THERE WAS NOTHING WRITTEN UP AND THAT ANOTHER OFFICER TOLD THEM THERE IS NO PAPER WORK, BUT HE TOLD US TO GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE WHERE THEY GAVE US

if theirs no paperwork your going to need someone to verify the story, otherwise you've got no evidence. but yea, you've got a case if all that stuff is really true.

What case? They have 72 hours to charge him. Weekends are dead time-they dont count. they held him while they cleared up the warrant issue. That's within their power to do. So they came up threw him onto the ground and accused him of being a drug dealer for no reason whatsoever? Sorry but I'm not buying it. Had a warrant issued for trouble he got into 2 years ago, on probation for some other trouble, and now gets attacked by the cops for no reason. I suspect they have a survellience video of him dealing drugs and thats why they did a sting on him. That video would give them "probable cause" to try to arrest him. I also suspect that those other beefs on his rap sheet have something to do with drugs or dealing too. Perhaps you should quit the denial game trying to file some trumped up police brutality case and deal with your brothers issues before he does some serious jail time.

If you don't break the law (if you have a warrent then you've broken the law somehow), or hang around with people who break the law (drug dealers, buyers, etc) then the police normally leave you alone.  Since your brother has been arrested many times I'm sure he's not innocent in all of this.

Paper work does sometimes get misplaced but that's not your brother's real issue.  He's a petty criminal and sounds like his luck is just running out.

If the police verify a warrant for the person on file, it is just that...there is a warrant on file...your brother stating he took care of it is false...because he didn't...it is on file..get it!  

So they took him in custody...after that..the judge can do whatever he/she wants...don't get confused.  We take persons into custody on probable cause and that is what the police had, the judges put em' in jail or let em' go....

What are your intentions. What do you mean by a case? You wouldnt get anything from it. And for some instances reports dont even have to be made.

Warratnts can be taken care of but they sometimes still apper when someone is looked at.
