Do you think we should ban Dihydrogeon Monoxide?

It is used in nuclear power plants, it is sprayed on vegitables and wont wash out, it has bene found in lakes and rivers, it is used by industrial plants and the chemical industry. Bush has not passed any regualtions that I know of to ban its use yet. We must do something. Please tell me if you think we should ban it!
