Do you think we should be concerned about Anthrax or TB as bioterrorist threats?

What should our country be doing to protect us from bioterrorism?

I need to see what other people think about this. This is part of an essay I need to write, but instead of interviewing anybody I would like to hear what the brains of Yahoo answers think first.

The best thing we could do to keep safe from such bioweapon attack would be to stop letting known terorist organizations like the US government produce them and test them on human populations right here in the US as they have done on several occasions.

We need lots of biochemists to come up with the vaccines and medicines to prevent or cure outbreaks of whatever terrorists throw at us.  That's one solution, as it will be impossible to track or stop a nut case who wants to release a deadly germ into a population.  The best thing we can do for ourselves is to get our immune system healthy and stop sitting in front of tv and computers all day.  Buy a good quality gas mask.
