  3. Maybe not. Maybe  it is just nature at work reducing population back to an acceptable level for the environment. That's natural, and I am a nature lover.

  4. According to the reports from the intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports, we must reduce world wiide output of carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas to less than 10% of what it is today if we are to have any hope of stopping the man made component of Global Warming.

    The only way that we can accomplish that is to ban the use of all fossil fuels worldwide.

    That is have a world wide ban on the use of all oil, that is gasoline and diesel, a world wide ban on the use of all coal and a world wide ban on the use of all natural gas.

    A mere reduction in the out put of greenhouse gases is not sufficient. We must get the world wide out put of greenhouse gases to less than one tenth of what that output is today.

    If we are not willing to do that, we have no hope of stopping the man made component of Global Warming.
