  1. Not at the same time! it would be physically impossible, but i do believe bolt could train for and win the next olympics 400m


  2. The problem is the transition in distance, between the one-hundred meter to the four-hundred meter.

    Both runs require a different mental set, and are each difficult in their own way.

    In the case of Usain Bolt, who holds the one-hundred and two-hundred world record right now, its just a matter of time.

    If he were to train the way he does now, he'll easily break his own records and others in the 2010 Olympics.

  3. usain bolt possibly because his coach wanted him to run the 400m but i dont think he will be doing that now with his success at the 100m and 200m. and i remember reading an article that said his coach wouldnt make him run the 400m if he broke the 200 world record and he did...
