Do you think we will get a second stimulis payment because of our low economy?

No, the current president is leaving office.  Also, it took congress a long time to agree on the terms of the current stimulus package that they approved.  And the IRS is swamped with paying the stimulus payments, they are having a lot of problems.  Also, the government was hoping the stimulus checks would put money back into the economy, but most people used it to pay down debt.
