  1. no. there are no positive benefits from it. it doesn't help anyone. it just gets them high, addicted to it, and they spend their money buying it

  2. I don't think so.  Personally, I am waiting for the government to make oxycodone and morphine available OTC.

  3. Not with the links to a lot of psycological disorders!

  4. Maybe when a disease goes around and they need an anti-depressent.

  5. Don't think so,but you never know,it does have some medical benefits,i think people with depression should be given hashish,it might make them lighten up a little.

  6. Only when the government figures out the best way to regulate and tax it.

  7. Marijuana can be of medicinal benefit to some older people and, as a drug, it is not particularly dangerous. I disagree that it is generally a stepping stone to harder drugs, it just looks that was because people who are more likely to start smoking pot are also more likely to try other things - it's a personality thing rather than to do with the drug. having said that, Weed is like anything, too much is harmful, I know I guy who basically got ME from smoking weed too much, but then think of all the alcoholics in the world, people addicted to cigarettes etc. Again, it's to do with the personality.

I think it should be licensed for medical use but it cannot be regulated effectively enough for full legalisation I don't think - that way there'd be the same problems that we have with binge drinking etc.

I do think it should be classified as the lowest level (C in Britain) since it is not really dangerous and in the USA it is very much stigmatised and demonised when it's not the worst thing in the world.

It will be at least 50 years before it gets legalised in the states so I wouldn't hold your breath.

Oh and just so you know - I've never smoked the stuff. not my cup of tea!

  8. no... it's been controlled underground for so long the government will never be able to tax it, or control sales and contribution themselves...

i believe it will eventually become more tolerable in personal use... for obvious medical purposes and the fact they can't prove medical risks from use so...

  9. I think that i should be.

First off it was made illegal illegally. Remember prohibition(when alcohol was made illegal) they had to amend the Constitution (the 18 amendment i think). So why do they not have to amend the constitution to make other drugs illegal. Answer they know it would never hold up. So in 1937 they put a crazy tax on marijuana and instead of charging people with possession as they now do they charged them with tax evasion.

It is simply against the constitution for the government to act this way.

  10. yeah its already legalised in canada and whatnot....

  11. LOL

  12. no.

    if weed is legalized.

    kids/teens will do more drugs.

    when kids/teens do more drugs.

kids/teens are more of the dying population.

even though they are more of the dying population due to suicide/etc.

also that and the other age population will die too.

leaving the world, with no people D:

  13. i wish but don't see it happening anytime soon

they make to much money keeping it illegal ( drug war, courts, jails)

industries would be ruined, cause weed/hemp is such a better product

its was made illegal by lies and is kept illegal by lies
