we weren't exist physically because we were spirits it's a different world there we don't have to eat or sleep or work we don't drive cars or talk on the phone we communicate with the mind.

very interesting question...this could be taken several ways.

i think that everything that we do in the physical world resonates in the spiritual.  

if we are creating bad energy or disharmony i believe that it will find it's way back to us.

   A physical life form must have a spirit to exist in this world. A spirit can exist in any world.

Well in many traditions it is emphasized that it is the spiritual world or higher/second dimension that is the backbone of this physical world. It is the energy from the spirit world, that becomes the base of this physical world. Physical world will have no existence without energy from the spiritual world feeding it.

Simply it is explained that spirit travels and becomes light and light in turn becomes material.

Spirit -> Light(Energy) -> Material

So part of spirit world delves within us, it is when this spirit permanently leaves and returns back to it's true home, we call death. It is not the end of our existence but end of our existence in physical world. Energy returns back to where it came from!

Yes, I believe that contrary to what many of us were taught being: we are a physical being having a spirit, I've come to realize that is just backassards.  We are actually spiritual beings housed temporarily in a physical body.  It follows that our spirits exist in the Spirit world.  As for animals and their spirits, I don't know...  There's nothing in Scripture that addresses that issue, so I don't know the answer to it.

Spirituality and Physical Being are a dynamic manifestation.  This is a mutual existence.  Birth is a continuum within a Spirit Physical matrix.
