Do you think wrestling should get its own channel?

Ya know like ESPN but for wrestling. A channel that would replay WWE, TNA, ROH, and every other company's events and shows. They can have something like Sports Center but just for wrestling. I think that would be cool.

  1. that would be amazing and since so many people view wwe compared to other sports as it tells you on those little facts on raw, it would be a great idea and i would love it personally. something needs to push it though. it would need a high demand and i'm not sure that many people have thought that much about wrestling having it's own channel

  2. Yea it would be cool because if u missed raw or something u could wait for the replay which wouldn't be far away and we could watch the show live and maybe there will be this thing that says "text FAN to 212 and get and be in the draw to win a front stage pass to any show of ur choosing" of "Text FAN to 121 and be in the draw to meet any 3 superstars and 2 divas of ur choice" or something like that would be cool

  3. Yes, I do.  There is alot of historic wrestling that could catch alot of fans up on the sport as a whole.  It would be an instant and long running ratings monster.  If the WWE thinks that RAW 7 Smackdown make ratings (i.e. - Did You Know..? ), imagine how many people would watch the old tv tapings of the AWA, WWF, NWA, ECW, and other independents?  I know there is always WWE 24/7, but in order to watch that, you have to basically lock your computer on that specific channel.  Also, they only show "main event" matches.  Who would like to see some of the Rock's interviews, see what broke up the original Four Horsemen ( the Ole/Blanchard feud ), watch the Ric Flair/Jimmy Garvin match that led to Ron Garvin winning the World Championship?  These are events you will not find on 24/7, but they could recap that & so much more on television.  Look what the Big Ten Network & FSS do for college football's Big Ten & the SEC..

  4. That is a great idea!  They could re-run all of the current wrestling shows several times so everybody has a chance to watch them and they could show wrestling programs and matches from other countries.  They could also show promotions from the past like ESPN Classic is doing now with the AWA and UWF.  They could have a "news" show that repeats several times a day to give everybody a chance to see it.  Maybe have some "shoot" interviews with various wrestlers and former wrestlers.  A "where are they now" segment.  The possibilities are endless.

  5. dat would b hella cool!!!!!

u should work 4 wwe or somethin.

u should sell dat idea 2 dem!!!

if wwe had its own channel, dats like all i would watch!!

    well, i agree!!!

  6. that would be AWESOME!

  7. why? you don't need 24 hours of guys in speedos dry humping each other, performing bad theatrics, and engaging in some of the crappiest acting out there. besides, what else are you gonna put on the channel, a bunch of loud commentators trying to oversell pay per views by telling you that this month's PPV is going to be the biggest extravaganza of the year, of course, that's until next month in which next month's pay per view is going to be the biggest extravaganza of the year.

  8. I think that would be excellent,as long it wasn't something we had to pay for!!

  9. that would be awesome, that would be the only channel i would watch.

  10. That would be cool and it would probably make those companies money because it would most likely be a cable channel that you would have to pay for. Plus that would help me out a lot for when I miss episodes.

  11. That would be sweeet man.

    :)

It'd keep me from being on here all day,

although instead of here all day,

    I'd never leave my couch!

    haha.

    but yeah that'd be awesome.

  12. hat would be AWESOME

  13. That would be cool!

  14. WWE would not want to share the revenue with other organizations, but this would have been ideal back in the day when cable was just getting started and the NWA was trying to fend off Vince and WWF.

  15. That would be pretty cool
