Do you think yahoo (especially kevin iole) doesnt like manny pacquiao?

he ranked pacman 3 in p4p....predicted the decline of pacquiaos career before the marquez fight ( i called this as conditioning the minds of marquez's fans). scored a win for marquez during his round by round report on yahoosport....(which is kind of funny and shameful).....i know that he's a big fan of marquez after i got to read some of his articles, very very unfair for a so called boxing expert-analyst.

Kevin is a cool guy. The reason people (not just Kevin) think Pac is on the way down is becuase the dude does not train like he once did. Since he has become a star he take his boxing less and less serisouly.

By the way, I scored the Marquez rematch for Marquez too!

You wont find many in the boxing section of yahoo answers who have a bad word to say about Pacquiao, he is the most exciting fighter to watch in the world and he always fights against quality opposition. I would rank Pacquiao No 1 P4P at the moment myself but what i would say to you is that these lists are always open to debate and some people look upon being undefeated as being better than fighting quality opposition. Each to there own really just because the likes of you and myself rank Pacquiao as the number one doesnt mean that others cant rank others higher if they wish, that is what having an opinion is all about.

Sorry i thought you were talking about another answerer on the site. I have never heard of this Kevin iole as a columnist or journo. Thought you meant all of us on the site dont like Pacquiao which would be wrong.

i just finished asking that same question... kevin lole favors fighters... but who doesnt...  i know he is a anti-pacquiao... cmon, how can he rank pacquiao number 3... he beat erik twice, by ko... he beat marco antonio twice by decision and ko, and he beat jmm once by decision, but he did knock the guy down three times... plus, manny pacquiao is the most entertaining boxer out there right now... i bet golden boy would have wish to promote manny... and i have read some of kevin's article.. to me, he is just waiting for pacquiao to be defeated by a boxer... but it looks like that's not gonna happen...

1. The Marquez fight was close and could have gone either way.

2. He is moving up in weight, which always brings someone into question.

3. Everyone ages, even Sugar Ray Leonard, Joe Louis, etc. So will Pacman.

4. Iole is a journalist, not a fan boy. So it's not his job to be his PR agent. It's his job to express his opinion and find out what others in the industry are up to.
