  1. Yes.  I see where I made mistakes in the past, and what caused me to make poor choices.  I've also seen some of the smart choices I've made come to fruition.  I see areas where there is room for improvement, and I know better than to stay in situations where I feel uncomfortable or out-of place.  You never really stop gaining wisdom--I'm over 40, and there's still a lot to learn about.  If you ask me the same question when I'm in my 80s, I'll likely give you a similar answer.

  2. Yes because seven years ago I was seven so basically.... I'm alot smarter than what I was when I was seven.

  3. Definitely. I have learned alot from previous mistakes.Still learning by the way!!

  4. yes, 7 years ago I had a cheating husband and marriage was in the dumps, was so confused about my life and what to do.

It all worked out, but I'm much wiser now.

  5. yes.

because now i know less .

    i am a 78 yo  widow  BTW.

  6. lol, I hope so! If not, I've wasted an awful lot of time!

  7. yes, I have 3 kids, have been through a home invasion and moved states 4 times in 7 years....if I haven't gained some knowledge from any of these experiences than I must be comatose!

  8. yes, it is almost herretitary getting wiser, meaning it's going to happen over time, if u asked this to a seven year old...

duuhh over seven years theyve learned to talk, walk and do many amazing things. if i personally answer this question i would say yes, through years of school and learning from mistakes yes.

  9. Absolutely!!!

7 years ago I didn't know how many charlatans are on the Net

But today, I am very careful who I communicate with.

    *..*

  10. definitely.  nothing can make one wiser than just life experiences.

  11. Yes definitely, considering 7 years ago i was 12! I've been through a lot in the past year including months of conservation work in Nevada, which has made me stronger and realise the ways of the world, I have also met many interesting and intelligent people, and have learnt from them as well.

  12. Yes, I do. Seven years ago, I didn't know one word of English or anything about Japanese - today I am fluent in English and can do 300 Kanji. Besides, apart from scientific knowledge, of course in seven years you learn a lot about the society and make so many experiences - good and bad - which make you wiser. They may make you more socially competent, or make you better at coping with anger/sadness/injustice, or...

Everyone learns a little more each day. Here in Germany we have this saying: "Man lernt nie aus." - "You never stop learning."

  13. Absolutely!!! Seven years ago I started on the path of hardcore addiction and alcoholism. After cheating death, I have been sober for almost a year. In this past year, I have grown and gained more knowledge than I know what to do with. I have learned more life lessons than some people learn in a lifetime. If I had the chance to go back and do it all over, I would as painful as it was. I truly believe that I learn something new everyday and, for me, it's an exciting part of life!

  14. Most definitely, i have been through alot and accomplished alot in my life since then.

also, 7 years ago... i was 10.. Hahaha.

But no, nothing makes you wiser than life experiences, meeting new people and learning from them, and also learning from mistakes.

  15. yes we are

because we learned what happens in life and we can prepare ourselves for it again and because the more we age the more knowledge we store in our brain
