  1. do you use anti perspirant deo? If that doesn`t help go to your doctor. You may have over active glands.

  2. Most teenage boys experience this.  My son had a horrible time.

Make sure you scrub when you bathe.  And bathe/shower at least once a day and always before school.  Wash your face 2-3 times a day but don't scrub it raw.  Change your bedsheets once a week.  Keep your bedroom door open as often as possible.  Open your windows when you can to keep your room aired out.  If you've been at school and are going somewhere that evening, then change clothes.

Your body is dumping hormones into your system at a crazy rate while you're in puberty.  This won't last forever, so don't worry about that.

  3. use dial soap ....and hopefully your Mom uses a detergent with bleach on your clothes....smell stays in the clothes sometimes...........

  4. Its due to a rush of hormones during puberty dont worry this too shall pass.

  5. You're doing what I would do.  Sometimes, more than one shower will help.   Sometimes, it helps to wear an undershirt you can change halfway through the day, so the outer shirt doesn't take on the smell of body odor.

A dry powder, like baby powder (probably don't want to smell like a baby, I know, but other scents are sold), can help.  Instead of deodorant, it keeps skin dry.

I have also shaved under my arms, to help feel clean, and get a fresh start at staying that way.  Some guys don't want to do that, but as we get older , we don't care so much what others do, so consider it an option.  It will itch or tickle as it grows back.  Can use clippers first, then razor, or just clip it to shorter length.  I feel a little cleaner if it's trimmed some.

The cloth that I wear makes a difference.  Cotton absorbs scent, and may hold it, even after washing, unless plenty of soap is used when the laundry is done.  Some types of cloth wick away the moisture, but may still leave the scent.

If you wear sweatshirts or a school jacket etc, check to see that they're cleaned too, like other clothes.  They can hold the scent a long time.

It sounds to me like you're doing the most reasonable things already.

  6. Make sure that you rinse the soap off very well when you shower.

Also make sure that your underarms are completely dry before applying an perspirent.  Make sure that what you are using has deodorant in it

  7. try to use the extra strength stuff--anti-sweat and deodorant it gives extra protection and limits all the smell.

  8. If you have highly active sweat glands, you might need an antiperspirant and not just a deodorant.  Also, you may need an additional application during the day.

  9. my friend..it is true..

    USE A SULFUR SOAP..

    IT REALLY WORKS..

    USE IT TWICE A DAY...

IT IS ALSO PROVEN IN FOOT ODOR.

    TRY IT NOW...
