Certainly.  I've done something like this over the winter this year -- and this looks like a much better version.  Thank you for posting it!

There are some great on line sites that feature make it yourself Solar Cookers.

Keyword searching Solar Cooker, or, at a pinch, Alternative Energy (although that will come up with a lot of fairly unrelated stuff) should turn up lots of goodies.

Fuel-less cookers are a great idea.
