man I hate the new neighbors!! arrrggg!!! since the real estate market it's c**p the house next door sold for like $ 500,000 the previous ownwrs bought it for $680,000!!! that's a big price drop! and well the new neighbors are mexicans, now I'm not racist ok! just wait 'till you read the rest, I have mexican friends and the're really cool people, but my neighbors they blast their mariachi music all day, they have two dogs that bark all day! and the front yard and backyard of that house used to be so nice, they turned it to c**p! ironically they're gardeners! xD shouldn't their yard be nicer? they're loud! you can hear them talking like 5 miles away, the house it's a 4BD home but there's like 3 families living there!!! they have little kids running everywhere, to get to their house instead of using the sidewalk like normal people they decide to take a shorcut walking though our yard!!! they have like 5 really old cars and they park all the way to the front of our house so.....

  1. wow man that sucks a lot.. that is rediculous 3 families living in 1 house they must have put ALL Their money together and bought it or something.. that would really p**s me off personally. I have nothing against mexican people either im not racist but THAT IS REDICULOUS. I would not be able to handle it. And as far as them parking in front of your house, wow I would lose it. If they don't listen to you there has to be something you can do.. You can't even park in front of your house because they have all their d**n GMC/Chevy trucks in front of it... dude no way that is legal.. especially if you asked them.  if there is nothing you can do about them parking in front of YOUR house everyday so you CAN"T do it then this country is going to h**l on a d**n rocketship not a handbasket!

I feel sorry for you bro. That is rediculous.

  2. Just fix  fencing that borders your property so they cannot cross through yours. As for the noise, call your county code office to see what the rules are regarding how many families can reside in a home,  property upkeep and noise pollution. Document document document everything that you see and any time you talk to them record the conversation. Video and pictures will go a long way in the way of proving your case. Just make sure that the pics and video have a proper time and date stamp on them to prove what you say. This will protect you if you have to go to court. Be careful what you say to them though as they can twist it in their favor and you will just look like a crabby neighbor that they will want to get back.

  3. You might have to complain to the city about their yard being an eyesore. What state do you live in? Just curious, sometimes you can get the city on your side. Sometimes you might be able to have all of the surrounding neighbors sign a petition to have them clean up their act or they'll be fined.

  4. Check official records to see who the owner is. Chances are these people are tenants.

Contact the owner to let them know what is going on.

  5. You'll probably just have to wait until they get foreclosed on and evicted.  Ususally people who have no pride in their home have no pride in the rest of their life and end up not staying places too long

  6. Get even: p**s in their gas tanks, put fertilizer in certain areas to make grass and weeds grow high, Or put stuff in their grass to kill it. Get even man. Feed their dogs bars of e-lax so they c**p all over the inside of the house. Worked on my neighbor lol. have fun

  7. You have the right to be unset. I would call the cops !!!!

  8. For the dog and loud music, you can call the cops. There is not much you can do about the parking situation as it is not illegal.

  9. My auntie's neighbor tried to kill her dog by putting rat poison in her garden. :(

I say build a huge fence or something. :)

  10. Sounds like you don't have a homeowners association that can step on and help police the yard....

Check your city's web page to see if there is anything that covers the parking issues.  Since there are lots of little kids there, contact Child Protective Services and let them know you are concerned about the health of the children as there is no trash pickup for that house and you have never seen anything hauled away.  As for the noise, check with the police about the noise ordinance (level and hours).

Since they bought the house, they won't go away anytime soon but you can find ways to file all sorts of complaints against them to the city.  Just make sure they are legitimate complaints so that the agencies you call will take you serious.

  11. Some communities have "noise ordinance's" where people can not play music loudly, If the cars sit too long in-front of the house call the parking enforcement & have them ticketed (espacily if they have NO plates). Then when you can get the time write them a nice letter asking them to stay out of you yard. If they don't then put a lock on the gate ( or get a bigger dog then theirs).

Get some orange cones & put them in front of your house like some ones working on it!! & Watch your trash cans!!

Good Luck & hope for forclosure!!
