Hello. I assume that "Bubble Town" means a place where the rest of the world is shut out by the community.

  If that is what you meant, then Yes. i live in a bubble town.

  This is a small Ex-Farming community that never quite gave up their mistrust of 'outsiders'. I have been here for almost 10 years, but the 'townies' still think I am some kind of stranger here from the 'big world' beyond their County line.Yet I was still born in the same State they live inside.

  Simple folk like uncomplicated lives, and small areas to work within. The bigger community, even though their homes are inside it, represents things beyond their simple desires, so they ignore or reject it altogether. This is good if you were born there,but bad if you just moved there.
