Do you think younger people care about fitness more then older people? I'm 19 years old, and I love to work-out. I've seen other dudes around my age with abs and nice biceps, and they seem to really take care of themselves. I hardly ever see older people work-out.

What's your opinion?

  1. yeah i def think younger people are more concerned because they all want to look hott so they can get girlfriends/boyfriends. a lot of people my age are extremely self conscious and really are workout obsessive..such as myself :(

  2. My father is in his 60's and look better than many half his age. he doesn't work out...it comes from a life of hard work outside. My mom is in great shape too....you will never see her in a gym but she spends half the day outside in her garden and walks every were. Most older people grew up in a very different world than what we have now... they were naturally more active and junk food was not as plentyful.  Younger people today spend  alot more time inside..fast food is everyweres so we have to hit the gym to stay fit.

  3. I think they care just the same! Because younger people want to be fit for different reasons probably for the girls or guys and older people want to be fit mostly for their health. I work at the mall and I see alot of older people walking and stair stepping and just working out. So i think they care the same but for different reasons

  4. You are just not looking hard enough. I know plenty of older people who work out and keep in good shape.

  5. Well, i hear what your saying! i hardly ever see older people in the gym, BUT i think they are more concerned about eating right and not having to work out to stay healthy. If anything i think they are more concerned and smarter about it too!

  6. Nope, I think older people are more concerned about fitness.
