I am very skeptical of most reporting by mainstream media, and often can pick out the bias of the reporter, or news service they represent.

I don't trust ANY news network. CBS, ABC, CNN are too extreme liberal. Fox and the AM radio talk shows are too extreme conservative. They are all more interested in swaying public opinion and influencing the vote than in reporting comprehensive, accurate,  complete news coverage. Plus the news is too sensationalized. Every house fire is "breaking news"

There is no happy middle.

If I want the latest update on "American Idol" or "Dancing with the Stars" I'll tune in to the morning TV news. If I want real news I either (1) turn to the internet or (2) watch the BBC.
