Have you ever traveled with your golf clubs/bag and found that it was mishandled? What happened?

  1. Yes, I bought a club glove bag. It is large and I fit a Ping carry bag and a junior bag in 1 club glove bag on a recent trip with 2 full sets of clubs 28 in all and 2 pairs of shoes. I would have to recommend it to anybody but make sure you get the telescoping pole that has the half dome cap on the top, this sit in the bag and rises above your driver to protect from a drop to the heads of the clubs by airline workers.

  2. Duct tape your clubs together in groups of 4-5. Turn them upside down in the bag. Then put the bag in a separate travel golf bag.  They make them in hard plastic as well.  Then pray!

  3. Absolutely not.  It's best to stuff them into your pants where your other valuable stuff is.

  4. Get a hard travel bag, clubs upside down in your golf bag, stuff a towel or jacket down in the bag to stop them from rattling around. Also consider shipping them to your destination.
