Do you try to make purchases made only in the U.S. ?

Seems like most things I look at are made in other countries.....

  1. it's pretty difficult to buy stuff all made in the u.s.

    truth is, it's an economical dilemma. for example, if you sell pens.

    being made in america, due to labor, they cost around $.25 to make, and if you sell them at $.50 that's a quarter profit per pen.

    but if you outsource it, let's say to be MADE IN CHINA, they cost $.10 to make, $.05 to ship, that's $.60 per pen.

    see where i'm going with this?
