Do you understand about bloggers/domain?

Question

i created a blog with blogger.com and after a few days i changed and paid for a domain www.com. It is not working properly , the way it should,. can you let me know if is possible to transfer my domain to another server ? what is the best server to do a business website? i want to make money from my own site, placing the adverts that i want , people that i know can for example put their business advert on my website and the profit will be mine . please help me if you know.
