  1. both?

  2. Yes I understand the world. I understand that there are better countries out there than the one I am living in that have more freedoms. No I do not get used to it, I save up money and leave for better countries (since they allow our economy to plummet by allowing companies like walmart to continue to stock the shelves with products of our enemies and since my neighbors choose to shop there, I have to save up money I make online that is coming from customers overseas since I cant even depend on my own country to give me, a well qualified educated person, a job). Im going to go overseas where its alot cheaper to live and live off the money I make online in a more democratic country. No, I will not get used to it. Nothing wrong with the world, its the countries we have to judge, not the whole earth.

  3. I understand it completely which took me a long time to do. I am so at peace now that I do & I was not at all at peace when I needed to have answers to my questions. So for me it is better to not have to live in a mystery. Living in understanding frees me to live a life I love.

  4. The world has too many problems--political, economic, global warming, et--for ordinary persons to understand fully, and even if we do, we cant do much about them. So might as well accept and get used to the global situation.

Of course we can still do our part to reduce global warming by reducing energy consumption in  alll respects, take public transportation as far as possible, etc. If our society itself is chaotic and not doing much for our welfare, it is wise for us to learn a few useful skills, like an additional language and venture beyond our shores. There are greater opportunities in other states or countries and one only needs to trawl the Net to find out.

With a bit of courage and sacrifice, esp if you are still young, you may strike a fortune and your life will drastically change. We must not regret in our later years that we never tried hard enough, when opportunities were staring us in the face. Cheers!

  5. just deal with it i will never understand how everyone else in the world thinks so why waste my time i do what i gotta do to get by and live with other people

  6. i believe that a person is unable to take in all of the world and understand it completely.  you can understand it to an extent but mostly it just takes getting used to.  remember the feeling of wonderment you had as a child about everything.  everything as so "wow" for lack of a better term.  as you grow older the feeling disappears.  you just get used to everything around you.

  7. i think we get used to each other

  8. Understanding is far better than just getting used to it. But on a practical note, you'd better just get used to it. Cos there's nothing much you can do about it, anyway. This world has gone crazy, absolutely cuckoo. Most of the world is overly materialistic. Others are overly spiritual. Well, at least they think they are being spiritual ! Frankly, I don't think many people today are really spiritual. 'Satanical' yes !! To me spirituality is associated with humility, the more spiritual you are the more humble you become. But what I see today is the exact opposite. These so-called 'holy people' are quick to tell you, 'You're going to go to h**l, unless you believe in ....' They give 'fiery' speeches, inciting hatred and violence, saying we are right and everybody else is wrong. You know, 'holier than thou' and all that. I don't know about you, but frankly, I don't see any God-like qualities in these people. Anyway, if that is what God wants, then I don't want to know God at all. I want a God who is all compassion, all mercy, all love and omnipotent. I don't believe in a God of reward and punishment, who is waiting somewhere to punish me when I die and end up there. I like to think of myself punishing myself if I should do anything wrong. I believe He has put all His laws in place. Whenever we break any of those laws the punishment automatically follows. No need to blame God.

  9. It is better to just get used to it i think, accept it as it is. Because, if we try and understand all the things that happen and go on in this world it would probably confuse us no end. However, thats not to say that we shouldn't think of trying to understand it.

  10. i think both. As humans, I think it is necessary for us to adapt as the world is constantly in change, but for us to adapt, we have to understand how it works.

  11. generally i just get used to it. still unable to accept how stupid i am.

  12. I do not understand, but I do not need to.  I "get used to it," although that is not quite the way I would put it.  Actually, I would say that I relax.  The world is as it is.  My understanding will not add or subtract from it.  I let go.

  13. Both should be there... it is important to understand as well as to get used to the world, to adapt...
