Do you use Spamfighter in your Outlook?

I used this software in Outlook during the trial time period and was decently impressed with it. I'm not sure if I should buy the subscription or just deal with the crappy basic version. Is there a better software out there that incorporates itself into Outlook?

you can use Kaspersky Internet security or norton Anti virus.Kaspersky protects your System and also you outlook. It will move the spam mails into junk mail folder
