Do you use a scrubber while taking bath??

well ,if you do ,then what kind of scrubber you use , Is plastic scrubber good for skin? What is this Pumice stone ?

a washcloth is o.k. type of gloves you use like a washcloth available at

any bath and body shop good because we exfoliate more cells when we use.pumic is volcanic stone used on back of heels only (gently)

and when we exfoliate skin cells we are in actuality helping our

immune system to be healthy(integumentary system of hair,skin,and

nails related immune system)

plus we feel better ! you're also rolling over acu-pressure points

there are 250 superficial points to roll over w our little brushes,gloves,or
