sometimes when someone walks passed me wearing

headphones Im amazed they are not deaf because

of the sheer volume of it

I think its a proven fact that we are all

going deaf as we get older anyway

it just depends on the exposure

to loud noise how fast we do

go deaf

I listen to my ipod everyday sometimes all day long

but

I keep it at a level loud enough to hear

and low enough to not do any damage
