Do you use hydraulic fluid or 10w30 oil for steering and mower deck lift on the toro ground master 325d?

They say you can use transmission fluid in your power steering pump in your car but I never have. You should contact your local Toro dealership to answer this question. The seals in each hydrolic system are fluid specific. It is not worth trying anything else but the manufactures specifications.
