They do or did in Russia. When you ride the train, they also dump the toilet tanks on the tracks, away from towns that is.

Yes, like @u I also use old papers only in case of emergency.They hurt. Don't they hurt ur a** too?

Old news papers are best for washing windows leaves no streak, As for  your bum get real and think of a better question to ask. Asking questions like that no one will waste their time to listen to you  :(
