Do you use the noise reduction feature in a raw conversion software or do you use it in photoshop ?

Also, which do usually sharpen and then reduce noise or the other way around.

1) In Photoshop, with a plug-in (Noise Ninja).

2) Sharpening is always the very last step.

Noise Ninja either in my Bibble RAW converter or my stand alone  version.

Sharpening if done at all is usually last. The amount can depend on the use and size of the final image.

Some customers (magazines)  prefer to do their own sharpening.
