I have no choice but to do that, & I still go broke because of my fixed, low income. & people would consider me irresponsible & immature if I didn't.

  1. I budget absolutely everything! There are plenty of websites out there explaining how to live frugally and it is something that I am also trying to do in order to save money. My blog is http://thriftymillionairess.blogspot.com... if you want to share ideas and support.

  2. Yes, I do have a budget that allows me to manage my spending on a day to day basis. I usually estimate the variable expenses annually and then divide by 12 to get the average monthly amount for that expense. I represent any fixed annual, semi-annual, etc. expenses (e.g. car insurance) on a monthly basis as well so I can make sure I have the money ready when those bills come due. You can save money if you can avoid having to pay finance charges to those companies like the bank or insurance company. I also update the budget if my income goes up or down. Make sure to budget some money each month to save for emergencies, retirement, etc. Good luck!
