Do you usually remember your dreams?

Question

and what kind of dreams do you remember??

sometimes i can remember a dream when i wake up, but later in the day when i try to recall what it was about, i just can not remember the details.

I usually can remember one of my dreams (we have several dreams each night). I remember them best when I tell them to other people right away, I've never tried a journal but I bet that works too. One night I remembered 5 of my dreams! This was months ago and I can still remember each of them if I think. That night I tried the I-doser (google it) called "Lucid dream"  and I never had a lucid dream but I did remember them all, kind of strange! I haven't tried I-dosers in months but I think I will soon.

What you could do is once you wake up from a dream its better to write about it.

I always remember my dreams. They say a good way to remember your dreams is to keep a journal. As soon as you wake up write it down that way you will remember.

right wen i wake up, i can remember a lot of details about my dream. but wen i go to tell other ppl, it feels like its slipping away and it makes me soo mad. lol.
