  1. once you have children - you'll understand... I hope!

  2. My grown children and my grandchildren are my world. There isn't anything I wouldn't do for them, and they know it. Yes, I would throw myself in front of a car for them. When we go for walks, I am the one that ALWAYS walks on the out side of the road. I guess you just won't understand until you have children of your own. I hope some day that will happen for you and you love them as much as I love mine and my grandchildren. If they needed a transplant and I could do be a donner I would gladly do it.

  3. My children are 6 years and 9 months. I am 29.

I for the life of me can not even begin to imagine someone making me choose and if I chose myself I would have to see my children being murdered. Quite honestly I would give my life to not see that happen. I couldn't live with myself after the fact. And I shouldn't even have to think about that situation anyways. Its guts me just thinking about it.

I have had 29 years of life...they haven't. Plain and simple.

I love my children more then I love myself.

  4. Out of all the questions on yahoo i have answer, this one bother me.

Your not a parent, that's why you don't understand.

Jesus die for us, we are his children, so why can't you understand when parents would die for their children's ?

  5. You probably won't understand it until you have one and find that it is possible to love something more than yourself.  I'd give up my life in a minute to save my children.

Here's a neat thought that you didn't necessarily ask for, but Jesus did the same thing for all of us.  How cool is that?

  6. Just like the other answers, I guess until you have children you just cannot understand what it means to be a parent and what you will do and sacrifice for your child(ren). It's a blessing that words cannot define.

  7. You just have to think about it this way. Some parents really love their children, so much that they would give their lives for them. It's just how it is. It's kind of hard to explain but I think it has something to do with the fact that 'we had this child and if anything happens to it, I'll go crazy." It's all in the nature of being a good parent.
