Do you eat pb sandwhiches?

I am a vegan myself and i find myself tired, producing lots of smelly gas, and overeating a bit. I eat nothing but WHOLE grains, FRESH fruit, FRESH vegetables, and unsalted nuts etc. but i dont think i feel the best i can be. Has any of you heard about food combining does it work?

  1. Well I don't personally eat pb sandwiches because I don't like peanut butter. But it would be good, not having enough protein makes you tired. Peanut butter and other nuts and beans have a lot of protein. I know I don't eat enough protein but I never have those problems, but I'm a freak of nature.

If you can't handle it like my friend Autumn couldn't then you might consider stop being a vegan.

I completely support though, it could be other problems causing you tired, gas-y.

Overeating could be due to not eating enough breads so you're not filling up.

Try talking to a nutritionist if it keeps up, or feel free to ask me any other questions.

Hope I helped, stay healthy (:

  2. It's probably the grains.  Considered detoxing with a 100% raw foods diet?  That would give you tons of energy.

Mono diets are best - one food at each meal, that way your body does not have to work as hard to digest it.

  3. you also might not be getting enough iron or protein

  4. Drink calcium and b12 fortified soy milk, try veggie meats, eat more nuts and beans!

  5. No, sorry, I'm not tired or gassy.

If you're vegan, you should know that you need to take a B12 supplement regularly, unless your intention is to convince people that vegan people are always sick, tired and miserable.

Bread, pasta, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentil, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies can easily offer everything that you need except B12.

All vegetarians should take a B12 supplement regularly since most people eat meat, dairy AND fortified cereals yet still have a B12 status that is lower than recommended.

It may help you if you see proof that vegan people have the same potential as anyone else.

  6. Yes I feel good

  7. you probably arent eating enough b12, which is a biggy when you are a vegan, by the looks of it, you seem to be a raw food eater, and theres nothing wrong with combining food as a raw food eater, but combining food as for more energy? i have no idea if that works

as for the smelly gas, you would still have it if you were eating meat and milk lol

  8. then your diet is lacking.. what exactly are you eating?

    here..    sample this:

food combining?    exactly what does that mean?    explain further.

if your diet is well balanced,  no matter the diet..  you should be doing beyond perfect.

    ?

i have much energy, i do great...    i won't go into details but my life is full of verve, lust,  happiness,  joy.. whatever full of pep, vim and vinegar.  (vigor)
