  1. seeing on how "We the People" are his boss, Bush should listen to us

  2. question authority, we had that bumper sticker in the sixties, they should bring it back.

  3. I believe in that too. So we need to eliminate the republicans and democrats who are the government of, by, and for, the rich elites and corporations.

The president is just a scapegoat thrown to the disgusted people to take their minds off the real crooks - the congress.

If we had the small central government the founding fathers gave us, rather than this huge, controlling, monster we have allowed to rule over us, we wouldn't be having these problems.

  4. This is a democracy.  We're supposed to question the deeds of our government.  And when that government stops working, it needs to be replaced.

  5. I believe the government is suppose to be " a government of the people, by the people, and for the people" but sadly the huge world banking corporations have destroyed that with their behind the scenes puppetry.

I am absolutely amazed that no one has tried to assassinate Bush yet but I think the reason is that he is doing what the Global banking corp. wants him to do. He is protected. He should have been forced to step down when he started manipulating inquisitive panels to suit his agenda. He should have been forced to step down when he took our liberties away from us in the name of "Safety from terrorism".

I would love for him to answer to the people, but he will not. He has too much money protecting him.

  6. today: the government is not at all of the people by the people and for the people

searching your house without a warrant and phone tapping is unconstitutional

its just a closer step to losing your rights

  7. In a democracy, the president should represent you in government.

However, there are situations where the president may have to use his judgment and make a decision against the wishes of the people.

If the president is wise and intelligent, he will be respected even if the decision ends up being a wrong one. But if the president is neither wise nor intelligent, the consequences of a wrong decision will never be forgiven.

  8. Yea, but gov also can't possibly make everybody happy in the process.

  9. When I'm Voting for Someone, I'm "Hiring" them to do a GOOD job running the Country... And when they get Elected, & then mess up- over, & Over, & OVER- again, then I follow the advice of Donald Trump... "Bush & Cheney, You're FIRED !"  !!!  :(  NOW I'm thinking of "hiring" this Obama guy... He seems to know what He's "saying"- HOPEFULLY He'll know what He's DOING- too!  :)

  10. Well, that's a central issue of a democracy.

You elect a representative to represent you in government.

    But.

You also elect someone to use his or her judgment in dealing with the issues of the day. Heck, Thomas Jefferson was criticized for making the Louisiana Purchase in 1803. That was on no one's radar screen in 1800. But it worked out pretty well for the country.

Which is more important? Is one more important?
