"The first thing that hits me,” said Stephen Hess of the Brookings Institution," is that it suggests that John McCain is a gambler. This is a high roller decision.”

“The next thing you have to ask yourself: Is it worrisome to have a gambler in the Oval Office? That’s an important question," he said, “perhaps more important than anything else today.”

  1. We have had W. gamble on War with Iraq and that hasn't turned out too well. What if he gambled in georgia and got the world blown up?

  2. We've already gambled twice and lost both times. I'd rather not.

  3. You bring up a great point and McCain just keeps showing his true colors over and over and over again.

He can't even hide it anymore!!

  4. The presidency is not for the timid. McCain makes decisions. He doesn't wait for his owners to tell him what to do.

  5. Yes!  We don't need a wimp in the white house! Especially the way the world is now.

  6. d**n straight I do.

  7. Rather than a radical socialist racist?  Absolutely!

  8. I heard he liked to gamble.... but this is ridiculous! He's gambling w/ the whole Country! He can't really expect this woman to step into the office of the Presidency if needed?!?  God knows I was not fan of Hillary Clinton, but she at least seemed like she could handle the office... this woman looks like a Kindergarten teacher! She looks like she should be bringing cup cakes to the PTO meeting not being commander and cheif of the armed forces. I'm not saying she doesn't have accomplishments, but EVERYONE has accomplished something, haha -- that's not saying much -- she is NOT the most qualified and that's what he said was his main focus -- looks like he was just trying to make news.... since he can't fill a stadium w/ 80,000 people....

  9. Look up Stephen Hess.  He's a guy that is notoriously a left-wing democrat.  of course, he's going to say this.  The democratic party, first dumped Hillary and is now trying to dump Palin.  Looks like everything Eleanor Roosevelt, Susan B. Anthony, and the other democratic women's rights leaders did is going to total waste.  Chauvenists!!

  10. Yes.

He's the REAL Candidate of "Change".
