Do you want to Hawaii follow Kosovo to declare its independence ?

A group of native Hawaii have acted for independence for years. In light of US support of Kosovo independence, do you support Hawaii people for their independence ?

Secondly, if they saw how the American Indian Movement was treated for trying to empower indians and to get america to uphold its treaty of the black hills, you'll see it is not going to happen.

Considering how recently Hawaii voted to become a State, I don't think they would want to secede.  The small group that wants to secede will probably not develop a good plan for it; but maybe they could find a nice-sized island and live independently there.   I assume that would mean not taking any money or benefits from the US government.

It's up to them.  I think if Hawaiians declare indepence, other nations will recognize them as a separate country in light of what the US government did with Kosovo.

You can not compare the two.

Hawaii are the state within the USA, and Kosovo is and always was just a region. Never a state, never a republic, but always part of Serbia, unless occupied by the Ottoman Turks and n**i ALbania, wich BTW led to mass killings of Serbs and made Albanians being majority in the Provinceof Kosovo& Metohiya.
