  1. I want to die alone with dignity.

  2. I had a heart attack and died on the gurney, the doctors and firemen said: when I woke the doctors said I may not make it, they brought me back three times. They asked if I wanted to see the priest, I told them no, I wanted my wife who was in the hall waiting, the nurse insisted I see the priest, I told her no the second time, I wanted my wife. They brought her in.

I was married for over forty five years at the time.

  3. definately ALONE, I dont want anyone I love to have to go through watching me die, and be haunted by that forever. And if they really love me they'll understand, Like I would understand them wanting to be there with me and for me, but there are other loved ones on the otherside that will greet me and be there with me. I dont want to know that someone I love will forever have the dreedful memory of watching me die. just me though?!

  4. I was with my mother until she sent me away ,so, I'll probably do that also.

  5. the latter, if possible.

  6. I love her enough to die alone.

  7. I am so egocentric that dying alone WOULD be dying with the person I love.

  8. Unfortunately, I'm not the one to call a shot on this matter.

  9. With my wife, when we're very very old.

  10. No, I'd rather die with the person I hate. Hope I am near her when I go.

  11. I was born alone I'll die alone.

  12. I want to die by being struck by lightening, she can come if she wants to but has so far declined. I don't want to die with her as she seems to have chosen diabetes.

If you mean by my side, I am indifferent, on one hand I may not "live "up to the pressure to say something clever or comforting on the other hand there are many things worth saying before going on, that's a lot of pressue.

Fun question. I amused myself considerably.

  13. Well if the one I loved felt that he´d need me/ if I could help him face death then with him. If not, then alone.
