Earlier this week I got one of these letters stating that if I wanted to continue receiving an itemised bill it would now cost £1pm, and that regardless of if my call was only 5 seconds I would be charged for a full minute... rip off!

Did you know you can cancel this contract early if you want to?

Simply see their T's & C's section 10.1 (d) and quote them on it. They'll try to tell you that you're wrong but don't stand for it. I took legal advice from a lawyer and from a consumer watchdog and both say you can cancel without paying any penalties as long as you give them 30 days notice during their 30 days notice to you.

I also new this and thats how i helped my DAD come out of their contract but the good thing about their phone is that is has SKYPE AND MSN MESSNEGER
