  1. the best thing is to pick an endangered or threatened creature and work on that .such as the eastern bluebird its nesting sites are rare build nesting boxes, the spotted salamander get pieces of untreated wood soak them them go into the bush and place this wet boards flat down in wet or moist ares were salamanders may reside this will give them cover and they may make it their home, butter nut tree try to locate one and propagate the seed{nut} grow in a controlled space and then transplant when big enough this may take a few years but is a long term project ,so find a animal or plant and get started

  2. Get a gun and shot cougars. they kill deer, elk, raccoons

  3. what i can suggest to you is that if you see a hunter, tell him not to kill the endangered species...

if you see a creature that you think is listed as endangered species, report it to the wildlife organization

  4. join support groups for endangered species ..do not send money because its not always going to the animal ...you should travel to places around the world and spend time volunteering good luck we need more people like you in this world  :)

  5. You can start by prventing global warming. If we don't do something soon, polar bears, seals, and penguins will become extinit!

  6. It might be easiest to start "in your own backyard".  Contact a local chapter of Audobon, the Sirra Club, etc. and try to get involved in their activites which may be clean-ups, educating young students about the environment, removal of non-native plant species, etc.  You can also join a large organization that works to save wildlife such as World Wildlife Fund, Defenders of Wildlife, National Wildlife Federation, etc.  You can also become a computer animal activist by signing petitions meant to help save wildlife.  Check out the website below for petitions, etc.

  7. One of the easiest ways to get involved is to find a group that is focused on a particular species threated or not in your home state. Many of these groups have activities that help you get involved with the animals protection. So basically you get to help an animal that's in your own back yard.

  8. The best thing you can do is learn a lot about nature and how animals interact with one another.

Some creatures become extinct for good reasons.  There are plenty of cases of extinctions that were necessary in order for other animals to thrive.

Watch some of those Planet Earth shows to get more in tune with how it all works.

Another thing to learn about is the overwhelming number of new species that are found every day.  It's amazing how many new creatures are created and later discovered by humans every day.

If this interests you, study up on the subject and you'll be doing a lot to help animals live in harmony on this planet.  Maybe you could get a career involved in animal exploration or something similar.  Good luck.

  9. YES!!!! first, join the stop global warming group..... and donate millions of dollars to the environment, and for all the endangered species, and their habitats.
