Read this story and guess why the man always gets out at the ninth floor (i don't know the answer)

A lazy, forgetful young man lives on the 13th floor of a tall building. In the morning, he gets in the lift down to the ground floor, goes out of the building and drives to work. When he returns he goes to the 9th floor and then walks the other four floors up to his flat. Occasionally he returns all the way to the 13th floor in the lift. But only when it's raining, and he remembers his umbrella!

Maybe he's a short man. So the highest button he can reach is the 9th one. So he has no choice but to get off at the 9th floor and walk to other four. But when it's raining and he's remembered his umbrella, he can use the umbrella to reach the 13th button. LOL XD

he is too short to reach the 13th floor button and when he doesnt have his umbrella, someone else is going to the 13th floor. when he has his umbrella, he uses it to push the button

the man is too short to be able to reach the the button for the 13th floor, the 9th is the highest he can reach. he manages when he has his umberella as he uses the umberella to push the button

He's 2 short 2 reach the 13th floor so he presses the highest number he can and that would b nine. so he walks the last 4 floors 2 his room. and when its raining and remembers his umbrella he uses the pokey part 2 press the 13th button. so stick that in ur juice box and suck it :P
