Too nice is sometimes a pushover, and aggressive may be a constant battle...so compromise and be in between.

like a men im i will give you my answer, im  a person with   manners when is required, but i could be aggresive in other topics, but if it is about how to treat a woman , i will tret them like touching roses ,orchides, and something related

3!  There must be a balance.  I would perceive him as a weak person if he was too nice.  And if he was too aggressive, I would be scared of him.
