Ania keeps saying to nick "I told you many times not to walk away and you did" Whats that about? what exactly happened?

At the end of last season ania and nick were fighting bc nick hadn't told her about his hookup with molly and like a typical guy he didn't want to own up and figure things out  and just walked away and ania told him not to.
