Do you wear eyeliner on your lower waterline?

i used to put it on my waterline but my eyes are small and it made my eyes look even smaller.

but i do line the top.

I do, only, actually. My top lashes are naturally thick and dark so I usually don't even use eyeliner on the top. I love it on the bottom though.
