Well, in the winter I wear my engagement ring on my left hand, and my wedding ring on my right. But in the summer my wedding ring doesn't fit (I got married in June, you'd think I would have thought of that) so I wear them both on my left with the engagement ring on the bottom (close to my hand), even though the wedding ring doesn't look so good that way.

Oh well, maybe I'll get my husband to give in and replace my wedding band one day. (He's so sentimental about that, I'm really sentimental but for some reason replacing my ring doesn't bother me so much).

Engagement ring first. I wear them in the order that I received them.

I have heard of people switching them and wearing the band first.  I wear them in the order I received them, engagement ring closest to my hand and then the band to lock it in there :)

It's all personal preference, really.

I only wore the engagement ring for a short time.  With my line of work, they are impractical.

I switch it around. But I think I usually wear the engagement ring closer to my hand because thats the ring that was on my hand first, and also because it is a solitaire and tends to block the wedding band if I wear it in front. I just like the way it looks with the solitaire in back and the wedding ring in front.

Sometimes I forego the engagement ring altogether and just wear the wedding band.

I don't think theres really any "right" or "wrong" way.
