In my younger days I used to attend a school in Liverpool and went on the ferry from Birkenhead to Liverpool daily.

Now I live in Wales and go to Liverpool as often as possible, just to go on the ferry

BTW Do you know if the Royal Iris still in commission

they used to play that half way through the journey. It was cringe worthy.

Jake ( above ) I went on a beer cruise down the Manchester ship canal on the Royal Iris. Excellent day. Don't know if its still around.

Hi there.

I would love to work on the ferry, always wanted to be a sailor.

I used to use it to go to work every day, though, and they get sick of that song VERY quickly.

You need to know how to swim if you carry on, you find yourself singing "Under the Sea" ...
