And do you know how to get rid of it? Mine comes from PMS. I'll be doing something (not sad) and just out of nowhere I'll feel like crying. I'll just be really, really sad. And I know it's my horomones, I just don't know how to shake the sad feeling off. Eventually, it goes away, I get my period, and I'm back to normal. But what do you ladies do in the meantime to get rid of it? Please give suggestions and comments!
